Q. How quickly do the tri-action signs rotate? A. The signs rotate instantly, and they display for 8 seconds. The display time can be adjusted within a range of 5 to 15 seconds. Additionally, you can set each sign separately to display only the sides that you want. For example, you can rotate between sides 1 and 2, 1 and 3, or 2 and 3.
Q. How long does it take to install an ad on the tri-action billboard truck? A. With our truck's proprietary Fastrak™ system, an ad can be installed with a 24 hour notice.
Q. Are the billboards lighted? A Yes. We use a high-powered commercial fluorescent lighting system, designed strictly for outdoor use. The lights are mounted at the top of the billboards, flooding the entire sign face with light.
Q. Which is better on rotating signs – horizontal or vertical louvers? A. Horizontal louvers are better for several reasons. They allow for more readable text at a closer distance. Mobile billboards are smaller than roadside billboards, and your readers will be much closer to the signs. The less chopped up your text, the clearer your advertising message will be.
Q. How do I track the location of the truck? A. Track your truck with our GPS TrukTrakkersm on our home page.
Q. How many billboards are on the truck? A. There are a total of twelve (12) billboards on the truck, three per side.
Q. How big are the billboards on the truck? A. The side billboards measure 7' x 12'. The back billboards measure 7' x 7'. The front billboards measure 7' x 3.5'.
Q. What ways can I track the performance of my billboard on the truck? A. The best way to track the performance of your billboard is to offer a unique or specific item. Another effective way is to set up a dedicated telephone number, email address or Web landing page.
Q. What are the art requirements, and what form do you accept them in? A. 300 dpi is the minimum resolution, and .eps format is preferred. Please call for other file types that are acceptable.
Q. How many days before my campaign begins do you need my artwork? A. We need your artwork in hand fourteen (14) calendar days before your campaign is due to begin.
Q. Do I have to put down a deposit? A. Payment in full is due upon the signed authorization of our contract.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept? A. We accept checks and all major credit cards.
Q. Can I pick the area I want to go to? A. We will work with you in designing a specific route just for you so that you will get maximum exposure to the customers you are trying to reach.
Q. If there are other billboards on the truck at the same time as mine that want to go to other places, who decides where the truck goes? A. We strategically place non-competing businesses that travel in similar geographic areas on the same truck.
Q. If I want the truck all to myself, what will that add to the cost? A. Truck ownership is a great way to get all 12 billboards telling your story. We highly recommend exclusive truck contracts. Call, or email us for details.
Q. Can a representative of my company ride in the truck? A. Yes. We will entertain promotions where a representative of your company will be able to ride with the truck. Advertiser representatives often choose to ride in the truck so that the truck can stop and hand out samples or distribute coupons and flyers at a specified location.
Q. Do I get my artwork back after the campaign is done, or do you store it for future use? A. We will store your artwork for future use.
